Cryosections of jejunum from RS1^+/+ (a and d) and RS1^−/− (b, c and e) mice were fixed with paraformaldehyde, reacted with the affinity-purified SGLT1 antibody (1:200), and developed with a Cy3-coupled secondary antibody.
