Overexpression of hTid-1 induces cell growth arrest and death. (A) Expression of the hTid-1 variants by using recombinant baculoviruses to transduce SAOS-2 and U2OS cells. The osteosarcoma cells were transduced with baculoviruses expressing EGFP (control), hTid-1L-FLAG, or hTid-1S-FLAG.
