A. Cells were treated with eroltinib, chelerythrine or combination of both in a serum free medium for 12 hours before stimulation with EGF for 10 minutes. Cell lysates were collected for western blot analysis of p-STAT3 (S727)/STAT3, p-ERK1/2/ERK1/2, p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK, p-Bad/Bad, and β-tubulin was used as a loading control. B.
