Growth of A. fumigatus CEA17ΔakuB^KU80 (WT) was determined in the presence of increasing concentrations of the four phenazines (PYO, PCN, 1-HP and PCA). Mycelial growth was estimated by reading absorbance at 560 nm using the crystal violet method after 20 h in 2YT at 37°C, and compared to the control growing in absence of phenazine and normalized at 100% absorbance at 560 nm.
