BAL fluid was collected from control and anti-Gr1-treated mice at day 7 postinfection. Levels of IL-12p70 and sTNFRII were determined by ELISA. (B) Leukocytes were isolated from whole lungs at day 7 postinfection and were cultured for 24 h without additional stimulation. Supernatants were collected and assayed for IFN-γ by ELISA.
