The statistical analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier test (16). Shown is the number of parasites per microgram of tissue DNA in the organs of IL-17R−/− mice infected with 15 (C) or 30 (D) cysts of T. gondii (n = 3). Statistical analysis was performed using an unpaired Student's t test as already described (12).
