Figure 6. — The mouse H19 DMR region of the genome (chr7:142580029-142580514) from the tissues of the BJF1 and JBF1 was analyzed by the EnIGMA method and is shown as Figure 3. The C57BL/6 genome in this region has seven CpGs, while JF1 has six CpGs because of the C to T single nucleotide polymorphism in the first CpG. A total of 50 sequences were picked up and summarized.
