The values indicate the number of coding and non coding regions up- and down-regulated in the pcnB mutant in the untagged (Int) and PSS fractions. Cut-off values for gene expression fold changes higher than log2FC = 2.0 determined up-high and up-down transcripts, while up-medium and down-medium transcripts present a FC determined as (1.5 < log2FC < 2).
