Significant CSF/SNP correlations. All significant results after Bonferroni adjustment were with the GRN SNP (rs5848_T). The parameter estimates (beta and std. err.) reflect the log-transformations of CSF analytes and can be exponentiated for a fold-change interpretation after adjustment for gender, diagnosis, years of education, age at lumbar puncture and the first 3 principal components.
