RDN promoted more severe atherosclerosis in the apolipoprotein E-deficient mice infused with angiotensin II. Mice were euthanized after infusion with angiotensin II for 28 days, and the aortas were collected. The surface of the aortic arch was stained en face with Sudan IV.
