Identification of BMRF1-interacting proteins. Cell lysates harvested from 293TetEZ/p2089ΔBMRF1 cells that were transfected with the HA-BMRF1-expressing plasmid and untreated or treated with doxycycline (Dox; 50 ng/ml) for 48 h were used for immunoprecipitation (IP) with anti-HA antibody. One-tenth of the captured immunocomplexes was analyzed by Western blotting (A), and 90% of captured products were subjected to silver staining (B).
