Lsk1p localizes to the nucleus during all phases of the cell cycle. Cells carrying an integrated copy of a C-terminally tagged copy of Lsk1p-GFP were grown to mid-log phase, fixed, and then stained with DAPI (nuclei) and antibodies specific for microtubules and GFP (see Materials and Methods).
