GR and MDFIC co-localize in the cytoplasm of COS-1 cells. A, COS-1 cells expressing both GR and FLAG-MDFIC were treated with vehicle (Con) or 100 nm Dex for 1 h. Cells were then fixed and processed for immunocytochemistry. Shown are representative confocal microscopic images of the distribution of GR (green) and MDFIC (red). As indicated by the yellow color in the merged image, there is a strong overlay in the distribution of GR and MDFIC in the cytoplasm of control cells. The scale bar is 20 μm.
