The presence of Gαq/11 alters conformational responses to Ang II. ICL2P2 (A and C) or ICL3P3 (B) sensors were transiently expressed in the ΔGαq/11/12/13 line, with or without restoration of different Gα subunits, and stimulated as before with 1 μm Ang II. In B and C, either wild type or a dominant negative version of Gαq was used. Inset to C, a similar experiment conducted in the β-arrestin CRISPR, where β-arrestin expression was restored or not.
