SELDI-TOF spectra comparison of profiles from microdissected cells versus lung tissue sections. Microdissected alveolar septum cells as well as five lung tissue sections were lysed in UTC buffer and bound onto WCX ProteinChip® Arrays. All three investigated target proteins could be recovered from the tissue section derived profile as well.
