Dynamic measures of insulin sensitivity, the euglycemic glucose clamp determined IMGD, and sensitivity index (SI) assessed by minimal model analysis of FSIGT are shown in the bottom graphs. For all measures of insulin action, there is considerable overlap between control (open triangles) and PCOS (gray circles) women.
