Experimental factors The uteri were collected from time mated females or mice exposed to progesterone at specific time points and were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin overnight at room temperature. The fixed tissues were paraffin embedded and sectioned at 4 µm thickness. These sections were deparaffinised and exposed to probes targeting the different Wnt pathway members.
