KAT-18 (A) and SW1736 (B) cells were incubated in the presence of vehicle (0.5% dimethylsulfoxide), cyclopamine (5 μm), HhAntag (10 μm), or GANT61 (5 μm) for 72 hours. The cells were harvested and analyzed for ALDH^High cells by ALDEFLUOR assay. DEAB was added to each sample before staining as a background control. The experiments were repeated at least twice with similar results.
