Interaction of VirF with different RNAs. The binding of VirF with icsA370 mRNA (A) and RnaG120 (B) was analyzed by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). The arrowheads indicate the electrophoretic mobilities of unbound RNAs. The interaction of VirF was also investigated using different RNAs (Supplementary Figure S1).
