ELISA analysis of different inflammatory cytokines in the prefrontal cortex. (A,B) SNI-induced increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1 β were alleviated by minocycline. (C) No significantly difference of IL-6 was found among the 4 groups. (D) There was no difference of IL-4 among the 4 groups. (E) SNI increased the ratio of IL-1β/IL-4 and minocycline decreased the ratio.
