Skin biopsy specimen findings consistent with poikiloderma. Hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis with basal cell liquefactive degeneration, pigmentary incontinence, telangiectasia, and moderate lymphohistiocytic infiltrate around the dermal blood vessels are seen.
