Note: Standard errors are adjusted for possible covariance among children living in the same district. Model 2 includes as control variables: child’s age, child’s mother tongue, child’s sex, maternal schooling attainment, mother’s age, place of residence, and household wealth index. Standard errors were calculated using bootstrapping with 100 replications.
