Response surfaces consist of experimental results (points) and fittings to the models (surfaces). The RUV values between O. fragrans flowers with Longjing tea, Pu’er tea, Black tea and Tieguanyin tea were 0.23%, 0.16%, 0.04% and 0.12%, respectively.
