Case 1. Hematoxylin-eosin staining of the inferior oblique muscle biopsy reveals a large noncaseating granuloma (arrowhead; magnification, 10x) in the absence of microorganisms (images not shown) and foreign bodies (image not shown), consistent with presumed orbital sarcoidosis.
