Effect of the genetic correlation (r_g) of simulated ADG⁰₂₁ with ADG₂₁ and ADG⁰₄₂ with ADG₄₂ on the average change in log-likelihood of the intercept-slope model over the intercept-only model (∆LogLikelihood), the average p-value of log likelihood improvement, provided by a log-likelihood ratio test, and the proportion of the 10,000 replicates with significant genetic variance in tolerance (i.e. p value of LRT was <0.05)
