BALB/C mice-derived BMSCs and C57BL/6 mice-derived PBMCs (with the tendency to differentiate into DCs) were co-cultured in vitro with 1:100, 1:50, 1:25 and 1:10 respectively. (A) After 48 h of culture, the expressions of DCs maturation markers CD83 and CD11c were analysed by flow cytometry. (B) The expressions of the cell surface markers were significantly decreased when the co-culture ratio was 1:50 or 1:25 or 1:10. (C) The expression of IL-12 was significantly decreased and IL-10 was significantly increased when the co-culture ratio of BMSCs and PBMCs was 1:50; *P<0.05.
