Pretreatment with miR-23b inhibitor for BMSCs (A) reversed the high expression of miR-23b induced by co-culture of BMSCs and DCs and the expression of miR-23b was significantly decreased; meanwhile, compared with the control group the expression of (B) p50 and (C) p65 increased remarkably with the inhibition of miR-23b expression. (D) In protein level, the expressions of p50 and p65 were notably increased when the expression of miR-23b was inhibited; *P<0.05.
