Individual site haplotype data are presented for these sites in Table 2 and Fig. 2. The CH haplotype presumably originates from the Chinese coast in the NWP but the location is not provided (unpublished Genbank entry) and so it is not depicted here. Site abbreviations are listed in Table 1 and haplotype numbers are as in Fig. 2.
