Effect of STL on infarct volume 24 hours after cerebral I/R injury in rats.

Infract volume was assessed using 2,3,-triphenyltetrazolium chloride assay. (A) Infarct picture of staining. Normal areas are red, and ischemic areas are white. (B) Quantitative results of infarct volume.
