A. and B. Western blotting was performed to analyze the cellular protein levels of PI3K signaling proteins in U87 and LN229 glioma cells and GSC11 GICs. Cells were treated with the indicated doses of DS7423 for the indicated time intervals. DS7423 inhibited phosphorylation of the PI3K signaling components pAKT, pS6, and p4EBP1 in a time-dependent manner. D. Cells treated with the indicated doses of DS7423 for 24 hours.
