Curcumin enhanced phosphorylation of Akt but had no influence on ERK1/2 phosphorylation. Cells were treated with 15 μM curcumin for the indicated times. The expression levels of p-Akt, t-Akt, p-ERK1/2 and t-ERK1/2 were measured by western blot analysis.
