Fig. 3 — CTscan of pelvis. A CT scan of the pelvis of the patient reveals that the fusion of the SI joint is superior-posteriorly and the synovial part of the joint is patent. This observation suggests that involvement of SI joint can be seen without any pagetoid changes on that side
