Available structural information for thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) interaction partners. As shown in Figure 2, structural information on the TSHR is still limited. However, several interaction partners like autoantibodies (TSH is not solved so far), or Gi, Gs, and arrestin in bound and unbound conformations already have determined structures available. This knowledge can be used to construct larger model complexes as presented in Figures 6, 8 and 10.
