(A) A2780/PTX cells were exposed to 50 μΜ of DHM, different concentrations of PTX (0.01, 0.1, 1 μΜ), or cotreated with DHM combined with different concentrations of PTX for 48 h. Cell viability was determined by a MTT assay. (B) A2780/PTX cells were treated with 50 μΜ of DHM, 0.1 μΜ of PTX, or their combination for 48 h and cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry.
