These values were derived from previously published data33, regraphed here in a different way to assess the effect of curcumol on GABA concentration-response curve. The EC50 and Hill coefficient values were 2.4 ± 0.4 μM, 2.0 ± 0.6 without curcumol and 1.7 ± 0.2 μM, 1.9 ± 0.3 with curcumol, respectively. n = 6 each group.
