Inhibitory effects of FFJ-3 on PKM2 and p-Akt protein expression. (A) p-Akt and PKM2 protein expression were examined in HepG2, A549 and MCF-7 cells following 12–36 µM FFJ-3 treatment for 48 h using western blot analysis. (B) The results demonstrated that FFJ-3 significantly inhibited the expression of PKM2 and p-Akt in a dose-dependent manner. *P<0.05, **P<0.01 vs. the untreated control groups.
