Effect of cyclocurcumin on tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) production in macrophages. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of cyclocurcumin or 10 µm SB203580 or left untreated and then stimulated with 10 ng/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for 18 h. The culture supernatants were then removed and assayed for TNF-α by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Data are expressed as mean ± SD of results obtained from at least three independent experiments. ^**P<0.01 and ^***P<0.001 compared to the control.
