Calcyphosin protein (CAPS) expression was inversely correlated with miR-219-5p levels in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. (A) CAPS expression was measured in 34 CRC tissues and matched adjacent non-tumor tissues by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (P<0.001). Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase was used as an internal control.
