Total RNA was extracted from transgenic lines and WT plants incubated for 30 days under normal or drought stress. The A. thaliana actin gene was used as a housekeeping gene. The 2−ΔΔCT method was used to evaluate the relative expression, and the expression levels of genes in the WT plants under normal conditions were defined as “1.” Each value is the average of three replicates, and error bars represent ±SD. * and ** represent significant differences between transgenic lines and WT at P < 0.05 and P < 0.01, respectively.
