The identified significant SNPs that are associated with (A) PA (p-selectin in response to adensine diphsphate), (B) FA (fibrinogen binding in response to adenosine diphsphate), (C) FC (fibrinogen binding in response to collagen-related peptide), and (D) PC (p-selectin release in response to collagen-related peptide) platelet responses. The newly detected SNPs, or those reported as insignificant in the previous study are shown in bold. The key SNPs are found in the intersection regions and are detected by a consensus of the three methods.
