Photostability of 45 nm PLGA NPs loaded with different amount of perylene diimide dyes PDI-1 and LR, measured by wide-field microscopy. NPs were immobilized on the glass surface and were continuously irradiated by a laser 532 nm at 5 (A) and 50 (B) W/cm2. As a reference, FluoroSpheres (FS, FluoSpheres® Carboxylate-Modified Microspheres, 40 nm, red-orange fluorescent (565/580)) were used.
