The plain radiograph shows early structural failure with lack of ingrowth and bone-prosthesis interface collapse at 5 months postoperatively in Patient 8 who had a distal humeral CPS implanted for a failed total elbow arthroplasty. This implant was successfully revised to another CPS device.
