As the average of the two pressures increases, the difference between the two increases: r2 = 0.36 for PSG pressure versus AutoMean pressure (P = .001) and r2 = 0.18 for PSG pressure vs Auto90 pressure (P = .03). AutoMean pressure = mean autoPAP pressure, Auto90 pressure = average device pressure ≤ 90% of time, PSG pressure = pressure determined by attended polysomnography, SD = standard deviation.
