The scion Vitis vinifera cv. “Gaglioppo,” Librandi CVT80 clone (GAG-) was grafted onto 13 different rootstocks. The combinations chosen for RNA-seq analyses are indicated in bold font. Grape weight and yield data collected at harvest and vine vigor are reported as average of the data collected in the 2014 and in the 2015 vintages. Letters indicating significant differences by Tukey's HSD-test (P < 0.05) are reported for each value. Data are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 3).
