Evaluation of interaction between Kinesin-2 and vesicles labeled with different Rab.

A) Constructs used in the assay to estimate the interaction of Kinesin-2 stalk-tail domains with endosomes labeled by Rab4, Rab5, Rab7, or Rab11.
