ROC: Receiver-operator curves for MBF and TPR validated against FFR using a threshold of 0.80 for haemodynamic significance. Area under the curve for MBF was 0.78 (95 % CI: 0.67-0.87), for TPR 0.65 (95 % CI: 0.53-0.77) and for MBF × TPR 0.71 (95 % CI: 0.60-0.82). The optimal diagnostic threshold was calculated at 76 ml/100 ml/min for MBF and 0.82 for TPR.
