Ampelopsis Radix suppressed STAT3 phosphorylation in CRC cells. HCT-116 and SW480 cells were treated with various concentrations of AR or vehicle for 24 h, and then total cell lysates were extracted for Western blot analyses by using antibodies specific to p-STAT3 (Tyr705) and STAT3 (A), p-Src (Tyr416) and Src (B).
