Effects of compound C (AMPKα inhibitor) on phloroglucinol-induced suppression of PEPCK and G6Pase gene expression in HepG2 cells. Cells were treated with 10 μM of compound C and 50 μM of phloroglucinol for 6 h in high glucose DMEM.
