STC-1 inhibits intracellular lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Lipid accumulation was determined by measuring of Oil Red O staining (A) and triglyceride levels (B). The natural anti-adipogenic agent, dieckol (DK, 50 µM), was employed as a positive control. Data are expressed as the means ± SE (n = 3).
