A. In the human primary hepatocytes, miR-548p (100 nM) reduced apoB mRNA levels, miR-30c (100 nM) reduced MTP mRNA levels. B. MiR-548p and anti-miR-548p (100 nM) decreased and increased apoB mRNA levels repectively in Huh-7 cells. The data are representative of two independent experiments. C. MiR-548p or anti-miR-548p (100 nM) has no effect on mouse apoB in mouse primary hepatocytes. D. MiR-548p (100 nM) has no effect on mouse apoB in AML12 cells. The data are representative of two independent experiments. The mRNA expression levels of apoB, MTP or apoAI were quantified after 48 h of transfection.
